Canceling an Order

Order Changes

If we have not yet shipped your order, you may request a change or cancellation to your order by emailing us. Be sure to include your name, address, and order confirmation number with your email and provide complete details on the information that you would like to correct or change. Once we've changed your order, we will send you an email confirmation. If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you immediately. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. Shipping charges will not be refunded and will be the customer’s responsibility if the order is refused upon receipt.
